(1)Nippon Steel Rolls Corporation complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations of Japan. It also makes efforts to conduct its business in accordance with guidelines set forth by government authorities of Japan.

(2)Nippon Steel Rolls Corporation has established company rules on the handling of Personal Information as part of efforts to properly protect Personal Information.
